How we charge:
We charge a trip charge to get our technician and parts loaded van to your home. Depending on your distance from our shop and the time of day and day of the week, the trip charge is between $49 and $129. Once we determine what is initially the problem, we quote your repair at a flat rate. We make the repair with your consent. If you don’t want us to make the repair, the trip charge is due regardless. Even if you feel you know what is wrong with your system, the trip charge applies. First time customers are required to pay at the time of service. If we find additional problems once we get the system up and running, you are notified and quoted those costs along the way.
For renters, we must have the landlord’s approval to perform any service and, if this is our first time to provide service, payment by the landlord is required at the time of service.
We warranty any parts and the labor to install them for one year. There may be a trip charge if a new part should fail within that year, but the part and labor to change it is free for one year from the date of our original installation.
All warranty work is done during regular business hours of Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. If you want warranty work done after hours, the overtime trip charge of $129 applies.
We do not provide free estimates on repairs, only on new installation requests.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit cards, checks, and cash.
