Had issue week before Christmas. Already did testimonial on Jake and Zack, however the problem still had not been fixed. Was going on for 8 days. Called again to advise problem had not been fixed. Seth came. He understood my concern and was able to finally resolve the problem. Was very kind and professional. Both Jake and Zack were also. However I feel the problem was initially misdiagnosed, and I paid for an unnecessary part, plus the frustration of dealing with this for 8 days! The furnace is finally fixed correctly. Thank you Seth
