If I could give them 6 stars, I would…we had been told we needed a new heat pump and furnace which was gonna cost around $12,000, but our technician, Jimmy, managed to REPAIR our existing heatpump. He was excellent, knowledgable, courteous and friendly… excellent service as well as quick response… I HIGHLY recommend Rumer Loudin AND Jimmy!
