Rumor Loudin came with in one day of our call. He showed up on time and assessed the situation immediately, and most importantly had a part with him in order to fix it right away. This was for our air conditioner, and since it was hot and muggy, we felt extremely lucky that he was able to fix it immediately. He was very professional, and we would use him again
