I called around 9:30/10 o’clock, the young lady I spoke with was very polite and professional, she set me up for the afternoon the same day and gave me a couple pointers as what the problem might be.
Seth came around noon. He too was very polite and professional. Got to work right away and within 15 minutes knew my problem and was working to fix it.
Thank you Seth and to the young lady, to whom I apologize I can’t remember her name, for the quick response.
