Tom Friend did a check on my furnace to ready me for winter. He installed a new filter and explained to me a capacitor was going bad. Tom showed me on his meter the reading and showed me on the capacitor name tag what it should read. He explained the reason for replacing, was extremely neat with his work and left the furnace room very clean. He was very polite and thorough.
