Air conditioning stopped cooling on a Saturday night into Sunday. Called to leave a message for Monday but was SO pleased to hear Rumer Loudin has emergency technician on call weekends until noon! Left a voicemail and the technician called me back within 10 minutes. Technician was on time and extremely knowledgeable and polite. He fixed the issue immediately. Extremely satisfied with Rumer Loudin!
