First Denise Stephen your office manager said it might take a couple weeks before it could be placed on the schedule. A few minutes later she called back and said the technician would fit her in that morning. Seth Oxley arrived and immediately went to work. He determined it was a failed hot surface ignitor. He replaced it and mom had heat by 9:15am. Denise and Seth went above and beyond the call of duty making this happen. It says volumes about their dedication.
