Very friendly all around! I had to reschedule not once but twice because of Covid. The receptionist was more than understanding. Once Lance arrived at my home, he was here for 5 minutes and already fixed my furnace. He was very knowledgeable despite my home having a furnace that is more than likely 20+ years old. I would recommend them to anyone!
