Testimonial: I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Jake was absolutely awesome. He was very professional and personable. He took the time to explain, in plain language, everything he was doing. As luck would have it, the hottest time of the summer, my A/C went out. I called in the morning and Jake was there early afternoon, extremely prompt. I thought it would take a couple of days for someone to show up. He diagnosed the situation and found that it was not the A/C unit, the fan motor went out in the furnace. Luckily he had one in stock. I have recommended Rumor-Loudin to my friends and will always request Jake. Two big thumbs-up. Thank you
