Tom talked with us and explained our options and his recommendations. It was clearly because of our faith in Tom to do right by his customers that we chose to have Rumer Loudin install our ac/furnace system. The dependable service that we have received over the years from R-L was another key factor. Anytime our furnace went down, RL was there ASAP to take care of it and that has been greatly appreciated. The installers were fabulous! Courteous, considerate, careful and totally professional. they knew what they were doing and got the nature and size of the job, we anticipated a mess that would have to be cleaned up. Not at all!
