Tom Friend has serviced my furnace/ac at my residence I moved from for many years! After moving I wanted to continue to have Rumer Loudin service my equipment. It’s a matter of trust that’s hard to come by these days. Tom was and always has been super to work with. Bob and Adam were very professional and got the job done rather quickly.! I am very satisfied with the job they did and most of all I’m very happy to have working AC (which I didn’t when I bought the house) and the peace of mind knowing I have a more efficiency furnace.
